Setup a POP3 / IMAP email account on an iPhone

To setup an email account

1. Tap “Setting” on your device.

1. Scroll down and tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.

1. Tap “Add Account…”.

1. Tap “Other”.

1. Select “Add Mail Account”.

1. Enter your name, email address and password and tap “Next”.

1. Select the POP3/IMAP tab.You will need to enter the following information:

   Incoming mail server

   • Host Name : mail.yourdomain.com
   • User Name : Full email address
   • Password : Email account password

   
   Outgoing email server 

   • Host Name : mail.yourdomain.com
   • User Name : Full email address
   • Password : Email account password

1. Tap “Next” .

1. If a message “Cannot Verify Server Identity – The identity of “mail.yourdomain.com” cannot be verified by Settings. Review the certificate details to continue.” pop out, please tap “Details” then tap “Trust”.

1. Tap “Save”.

To change Non-SSL or Secure SSL / TLS Settings

1. Tap “Setting” on your device.

1. Scroll down and tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.

1. Select your newly created account and go to Account Info.

1. Tap “Advanced”.

1. You can choose additional SSL setting.

   Non-SSL Settings	Secure SSL / TLS Settings
   Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com IMAP Port : 143 POP3 Port : 110 Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Port : 2525	Incoming Server: web10XX.dataplugs.com IMAP Port : 993 POP3 Port : 995 Outgoing Server: web10XX.dataplugs.com SMTP Port : 465
