Setup a POP3 / IMAP email account on Windows Phone

To setup an email account

1. In the Application list, tap “Settings”, then tap “Email + accounts”.

1. Tap “Add an account” and tap “Other account”.

1. Enter your email address and password and tap “Sign in”.

1. Tap “Advanced settings”, verify that all settings are correct, choose your download settings, then tap “Sign in”.

   Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com IMAP Port : 143 POP3 Port : 110 Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Port : 2525	Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com IMAP Port : 993 POP3 Port : 995 Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Port : 465

To delete an email account

1. In the App list, tap “Settings“, then tap “Email + accounts“.

1. Tap and hold the account you want to delete, then tap “Delete“, and tap “Delete” to confirm.
